Returns & Exchanges

At IDA+S, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all IDA+S tags attached to ensure the product remains in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
